Installation was great. Great customer service and support. Only thing that concerns us, our new door knobs will not lock. Our dead bolt will but not just the door knob. This needs to be addressed. Thank you to Tim Gamblin and Duke Warren.

We had such a fun day and a great experience with Mr. Donnie. I take care of my mom who needs full care. Both men were very nice to her and talked with both of us throughout the day. They welcomed us to watch what they were doing and my mom enjoyed that so much. We wheelchaired throughout the house going from window to window watching!! They left NO mess, worked nonstop, and our windows look better than I imagined. We would highly recommend Window World and are so thankful we were able to do this update.

Let me start with the salesman-AJ. He was phenomenal and explained everything in detail and what to expect. The installer, Donnie Lee did an outstanding job installing the windows. He explained how to use them once he was finished, and most importantly, he cleaned any mess that occurred during the process. Very impressed from start to finish!! Plus, we get a lifetime warranty with our new windows and if we sell the house, the warranty is transferable. Very pleased so far!!!!

AJ was professional and personable when giving estimate and explaining everything. Tim and Duke were so friendly and put the windows in in a timely manner and professional but also fun. Stacy....well. she's FABULOUS. I have never called and her sound down. Shes always been professional, helpful, and very friendly. We are now getting estimates and French doors. After that we are definitely going to use them for the rest of the windows in our home. The pricing is great and very reasonable. I recommend them to anyone!!!!

We are happy with our replacement windows and the installer Tim was great to work with. He showed up on time, was very polite and did a great job. The only issue we had was with some of the screens not being great. They were supposed to order us 2 new ones, but we’ve tried calling and texting to check on those with no reply. This job was done in mid-September, so I feel like they should’ve gotten back to us by now.

We are happy with our experience with Window World from start to finish. The sales team & office staff were excellent. Very knowledgeable and kept us informed on the process and status. Our installers, Donnie and his team, were excellent. They worked through the on and off rain showers and still got the project completed on schedule and without getting any water or mess in the house. We had all of our windows replaced on the house and they completed the project in two days. I would highly recommend the Window World of BG Team!

Everything about our Window World experience has been perfect. The installers came on time and did a great job with clean-up when they were finished. They were very helpful with showing us everything and answering all of our questions. The office staff was wonderful to work with and we also got our windows earlier than expected. AJ was very laid back and was extremely knowledgeable about all of their products and installation processes.
